Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Makeup Junkie Bags, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused bags in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
